Angelina Pivarnick is in legal trouble.
The veteran Jersey Shore star was arrested at his home in the Garden State on June 2 after an incident prompted a visit by the Freehold Township Police Department.
According to a municipal summons issued Sunday, the MTV personality has been charged with simple assault, criminal mischief, obstructing the administration of law and resisting arrest.
No additional details are available at this time.
However, it’s worth noting that Pivarnick’s attorney, James Leonard Jr., told Page Six Late Monday he said the “very minor incident” was “aggravated by an adverse reaction to a prescribed over-the-counter medication,” adding in this interview:
“We look forward to resolving this matter favorably and putting it behind us.”
“Angelina is resting at home and has no further comment at this time.”
We can also confirm that Angelina was never brought to the county jail, as she was released on a summons and only issued a ticket due to the severity of the offense.
He is scheduled to appear in court for a hearing next month.
Pivarnick lives in the aforementioned home with her fiancé Vinny Tortorella, but we don’t know if he had any role in whatever happened over the weekend.
About a year ago, Jersey Shore star called 911 Because of some sort of dispute between him and Tortorella.
“I can confirm that Angelina did in fact call the police to her home. After speaking with officers, Angelina decided not to file charges,” Leonard Jr. said in a statement to Page Six.
“This matter is now closed. Moving forward, Angelina would like to request privacy as this is a matter concerning her private life.”
Meanwhile, in a now-deleted Reddit post, a viewer claimed he saw multiple police cars and an ambulance arrive at Angelina’s residence on Sunday.

Pivarnick and Tortorella got engaged In April 2023, and are still very much together.
Last summer, following Angelina’s 911 call, Tortorella’s attorney, Elizabeth Rosin-Golindar, said the two remained engaged and were living under the same roof, adding:
“My client and Ms. Pivarnick are still engaged and living together. Mr. Tortorella has denied any inappropriate behavior that would require police involvement and he has denied any incidents of domestic violence.”
“No allegations have been filed against Ms. Pivarnick or my client by law enforcement. I request that his privacy be respected in this regard.”
