Bambu Lab’s second anniversary sees market-leading 3D printers get large discounts

It wasn’t that long ago that you’d never heard of Bamboo Labs, and then, out of nowhere, they appeared and changed the world of 3D printing with a number of excellent machines.

Suddenly, any “normal” person can buy a 3D printer and doesn’t need an engineering degree to make a decent benchie out of it. Other companies are coming up with ideas to make their printers more user-friendly, but the leaders at Bamboo Lab are now eager to get their existing machines into more homes and workshops. 2nd anniversary sale with deep discounts on almost everything,

If you are skeptical about 3D printers, this will help you get over your doubts.

Bamboo recently recalled and reissued its A1 printer or replacement hardware after a design flaw revealed a potential fire hazard in the power supply cable. The machine is now available for sale in its revised form, with the price dropped from $399 to $339.

Meanwhile, its smaller sibling – the A1 Mini can be bought for just $199 during the promotion, which seems like a pretty great deal.

If you’re looking for a more prosumer level machine, the P1, P1S, and X1C are also heavily discounted, with the P series machines being $100 off, and the X1C and X1C Combo being $150 off.

In addition to the printers, when the Bamboo Lab goes on sale on June 5, there will also be savings on filament, which comes with Bamboo’s trademark RFID technology so the printer can instantly identify what you’ve loaded, while the accompanying slicer software takes full advantage of the advanced filament profiles.

Of all these printers, the A1 stands out as particularly good value. The new improved version with better heatbed wiring and, thanks to recent evaluation by developers, means the A1 is still going to be fit for purpose for quite some time. And if you add it with the AMS Lite in a combo, four-colour printing is as simple as loading different colour filament.
