Ingredients in Chocolate Ice Cream

  • chocolate milk I like to use Fairlife Chocolate Milk Which has more protein and less sugar than most chocolate milks. You can also use vegan chocolate milk.
  • Chocolate Pudding Mix Choose between regular chocolate pudding mix and sugar-free – both are suitable for this recipe.
  • Spraying (optional) I love these rainbow splashes Which makes it a bit like a cosmic brownie. Plus, they have a nice crunchy texture. We’ll talk more about optional toppings and mix-ins below.

About Ninja Creamery

I have tried other ice cream makers and I really liked this one. Ninja Creamy Most of all. The best thing about Creamy is that the texture is perfect every time! Creamy makes it easy to make ice cream that is super healthy and with fewer ingredients. For example, the best ice cream I’ve ever made was fresh mango frozen in coconut milk.

Here are the basics on how to use it Ninja Creamy machine. Start by freezing your desired ingredients in the provided container for 24 hours. I usually keep several flavors in my freezer- ready to use. Once frozen, you can choose from settings such as ice cream, sorbet, gelato, and mix-ins. I always use the “Ice Cream” setting first. After the first spin, the ice cream will have a chalky texture. Add more liquid to the center of the container (either milk or water) and “spin again”. After the second spin, it’s ready to eat! At this point you can also add mix-ins and spin the “mix-ins” to incorporate them into your pint. It takes about five to ten minutes to complete a pint of ice cream.

Instruction

Your Pint Container Combine chocolate milk and chocolate pudding mix. Whisk together. Cover pint and freeze for 24 hours.

Use your Ninja Creamy Machine on the “Ice Cream” setting.

Remove the pint and take a look at your ice cream. If you think the texture is a little chalky (or not as creamy as you’d like) make a hole in the center of the ice cream and pour a tablespoon of water or milk into it. Then, use the “re-spin” function.

Enjoy your ice cream immediately! We recommend adding sprinkles or Oreo toppings – whichever you prefer.
