According to Quinn’s filing, since Richard allegedly did not receive a TRO, he can “repeatedly violate it” without any consequences. Under the terms of the order, Richard will be barred from having contact with the couple’s son, Christian, and will be unable to live at their marital residence.
Quinn is there too trying to stop richard and barred any of his associates from entering the Los Angeles property and wanted to be able to serve a TRO through his attorney, who claimed he was unable to subpoena documents and information about Richard’s whereabouts.
