Dell has made an announcement Expanding its partnership with NvidiaWith the release of new servers, PCs, and services to enhance the company’s AI offerings.
During the 2024 Dell Technologies World, CEOs Michael Dell and Jensen Huang unveiled an expanded partnership between Dell and Nvidia focused on “AI factories” based on their initial announcement in July 2023.
New Dell AI Factory Nvidia brings together hardware and software from both companies to accelerate the adoption of generative AI tools by businesses. The collaboration is designed to simplify and accelerate AI adoption, reportedly reducing setup time by 86 percent.

The initiative will showcase recently launched products by Nvidia Blackwell Chips. This includes the new Dell PowerEdge XE9680L server, which supports up to eight Nvidia Blackwell GPUs in a more compact design, and a new Dell Generative AI solution for digital assistants, which aims to enable accelerated deployment of digital assistants.

Huang described the partnership as the largest in AI computing in history and reiterated that “Only Dell has the ability to build computers with networking, storage, integrated with incredible software, whether you call it air-cooled, liquid-cooled, “Want to make it chilled.” ,
Huang also pointed to significant opportunities for companies like Dell and Nvidia in supplying the hardware needed for the emerging AI-driven era.
“We need to do two things,” he said, explaining that the goal is to “modernize the world’s one trillion dollars worth of powerhouses” and “build these AI factories for the remaining hundred trillion-dollar industries.”

Dell highlighted the important timing of its collaboration with Nvidia, saying, “Organizations are moving rapidly to seize the AI opportunity, which is why our collaboration with Nvidia is so important.” He said the expansion of the Dell AI Factory with Nvidia continues their shared mission to make it easier for organizations to implement AI, powering them into the next technological revolution.
As the demand for AI continues to grow, Dell, with substantial support from Nvidia, is strategically positioning itself as an essential partner to help organizations navigate and adopt these new technologies.
