Once players participate in the content, they will keep all weapons and equipment unlocked during their progression.
Available for Lightfall+ Annual Pass Bundle users destiny 2 Content catalog in the Epic Games, PlayStation, and Xbox stores. The paid content will be available on Steam on May 21st.
Expansion Open Access Month seeks to get Bungie players into Destiny mood as the title approaches The Final Shape.
The Final Shape is the culmination of Bungie’s ten-year saga of light and darkness. There was a slight delay before the launch was announced for June 4, 2024.
The story takes place in Traveller’s Pale Heart, with Vanguard’s classic characters searching for the Witness. Returning characters for the conclusion include the cult classic Kyed-6, who defies death to return in the concluding conflict of this tale.
New gaming mechanics for Final Shape include advanced customizations for subclasses and a brand new Prismatic subclass. You can choose your favorite abilities from the light and dark subclasses to create a hybrid role. Class-specific restrictions will remain in place, but we look forward to any opportunities to further customize our general Destiny experience.
A new enemy race known as the Dread, symbolized by The Witness, will test the Vanguard. The expansion will feature five types of dreaded enemies: gravers, husks, attendants, weavers, and tamers.
