Diablo 4 Season 5: It’s not just an expansion that’s on the way – here’s what we know so far

While the Diablo IV expansion Vessel of Hatred is undoubtedly going to cause a huge stir when it arrives in October, Blizzard knows that not everyone will necessarily jump on an expensive DLC and many will simply stick with the tried and tested formula.

Before we get there, we have Season 5 to deal with, as well as some news about Season 6. These are exciting times for Sanctuary.

If you’ve already pre-ordered Vessel you’ll now have pets, and if not, you’ll see characters walking around with pets – Everything hasn’t been easy This is a huge problem for pet owners, but hopefully everything is under control now before Season 5 arrives.

Diablo IV Season 5 Release Date

The good news is that we’re only a week away from the Season 5 Campfire Chat. Blizzard has revealed that we’ll get our first hint about Season 5 on Friday, June 21. We’ll report on that as soon as we get the specific time.

Meanwhile, there’s also an event scheduled for July 18 that will showcase the new Spiritborn class coming to the game with Vessel of Hatred. We’ll be well into Season 5 by then.

It appears that Season 4 has turned the tide in Diablo IV’s favor, and we now have a lot to look forward to.

Diablo IV Season 6 Release Date

Without getting too far ahead of ourselves, Blizzard has already confirmed that Season 6 will arrive on the same day Ship of Hate – So it’s October 8. We believe the two will be connected in some way, but we’ll have to hold our nerve before it’s confirmed.
