Kendrick Lamar the streets are buzzing Fly’s second child – a daughter – which he reportedly kept under wraps for over a decade, but people around Drake say Kendrick is spreading misinformation.
In case you missed it, Kendrick and Drake’s rap battle escalated late Friday night as they both made out Over new 6-minute diss track – “Family Matters” from Drake and “Meet the Grahams” from Kendrick.
Both rappers got seriously personal with menacing verses targeting each other’s family members… and K. Dot hinted that Drake has a daughter somewhere, whom he has kept hidden from the world.
Well, a source close to Drake tells TMZ … the allegations about a secret baby are a “complete fabrication.” The source echoed Drake’s own sentiment, revealing that Kendrick is now losing in their ongoing beef, as he is incorporating bad wit into his diss track.
Shortly after Kendrick dropped ‘Grahams,’ Drake responded on his IG story, writing, “🤣🤣🤣🤣 Wait, can someone find my hidden daughter and send her to me. “
He further said, “These people are in a dilapidated condition.”
Drake’s latest controversial bomb — “Family Matters” — was just as personal, though… accusing Kendrick of having a physical relationship with his fiancée. whitney alfordAnd a rumor was spread by Kendrick’s manager, dave freeis actually the father of one of Kendrick and Whitney’s children.
A fierce shot that, clearly, Kendrick knew was coming, because just 20 minutes later he released “Meet the Grahams” … and it included verses about Drake’s alleged daughter: “Dear baby girl. …I’m sorry your dad isn’t active in your world/He doesn’t do anything else besides his music, yeah, that’s for sure”
It continued, “Or on your eleventh birthday, singing poems with you / Instead, he’s in the Turk, paying for sex and perks / Setting examples you don’t deserve.”
Interestingly, both Kendrick and Drake have claimed in their respective songs that they tried to keep women and children out of the line of fire in their war.
OK, that’s out the window, but it raises an interesting question – does better writing and rapping lead to rap beef, or do you just have to get all your facts straight?
In other words, if Secret Daughter is not true – as Drake and those around him insist – has Drizzy defeated Kung Fu Kenny by TKO???
