Easy 10 Minute Peach Cobbler

I love peach season! Fresh peaches are one of those fruits that aren’t as good if they’re not in season. We usually just eat them (lots of them!) when they are. Delicious Peach Cobbler is another great way to use up this summer’s produce.

Easy Peach Cobbler Recipe

Peach season inspires new recipes in our house, including this ten-minute peach cobbler! This works with fresh (but not canned) peaches and is delicious. Making single servings is also quick and easy. It’s healthy, grain-free and naturally sweet.

I love how this fresh peach cobbler is so buttery and not overly sweet like some recipes. We serve it with homemade whipped cream, but you can also add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Try tossing some walnuts or pecans on top for extra crunchy flavor. This might be the best peach cobbler I’ve ever had!

Word of warning: This is different from the Southern or old-fashioned peach cobbler recipe you’ll find most places. These golden brown cobblers use ingredients like brown sugar and flour to make the topping. In my version, you don’t even need to get out your baking dish! It has all the flavor in a simplified version.

Other filling options

This recipe only works with fresh peaches (not canned peaches). You may be able to thaw and extract the peach juice from frozen peaches, but I haven’t tried it.

If peaches are not in season, you can make this recipe with other fruits instead. Raspberries, blackberries and blueberries all work well too. or just make it Berry Crisp Recipe. You can also use soft fruits like pear. The apples are a little more hardy, but if you’re into apple cobbler Try this recipe,

A random note on cream: I made homemade whipped cream with heavy whipping cream and a little stevia. I used a chopper blade on my immersion blender – the same blade for grinding coffee. I didn’t wash the coffee first (because I’m lazy) and it was amazing! I highly recommend adding a small pinch of ground coffee to homemade whipping cream, although perhaps not to peaches…
