Gabe Brown has found a unique and emotional way to pay tribute to his late brother.

Earlier this week, Janelle Brown shared a photo from a night out with Gabe and their daughter, Savannah, and simply wrote in the caption that she was introducing the couple to Korean barbecue.

But astute observers saw more than just food in this photo.

One user wrote, “Is that Gabe’s arm with the stars tattooed on it? What a sweet tribute to Garrison,” to which Janelle responded like this:

“Yes! A lot of kids have tattoos with some version of that quote. It was one of Garrison’s favorite movies as a child and even as an adult.”

The mother of six is here citing a quote from the movie Dragonheart, which goes like this:

“To the stars, Bowen, to the stars.”

Garrison died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound Was injured on 4 March.
It was later revealed that his mother was concerned about his well-being due to a recent text message she had received. History of suicidal ideationand asked one of his children to check on Garrison.
Gabe agreed to do so and then discovered his brother’s corpse.
Just a horrible situation all around.

In the two months since the tragedy, several members of the Brown family have paid tribute to the 25-year-old.
Garrison’s death came just weeks after he turned 26, prompting a birthday tribute from his mother in April.
“Happy birthday sweetheart. We miss you so much today. It’s hard to believe you’re not here anymore,” Janelle wrote on Instagram at the timeaccompanied by a whistled version of “Happy Birthday”.
Brown added, “We talked a lot about you today and even went to Texas Roadhouse (your favorite place) for dinner.”
“I still sometimes feel like you’re around. And I’m grateful that we’ll see each other again when my journey is over.”

After he committed suicide, several of Garrison Brown’s siblings referenced the Dragonheart quote while paying tribute to their brother on social media.
For example, Leon Brown, the only child of Meri and Kody Brown, shared a selfie with Garrison, and included this quote in the caption.
Mykelti Padron also left the following message for his brother in his Instagram post: “Have fun with the stars little brother, miss you.”
In recent weeks, Janelle posted an update About his life without his faithful son.

After celebrating Mother’s Day, the TLC personality expressed her thoughts on the sweet-bitter occasion.
“Mother’s Day was surprisingly emotional for me. It’s never been a big holiday for me. My kids have always been there for me and made me feel special every day. Especially since they’ve become independent adults and aren’t home all the time. But this year was different,” she wrote.
Janelle added: I love you dear and miss you every day,
