How to turn on god mode.
Hades’ God Mode returns as it actually was in the original game too and is simple to turn on. You’ll find it in Hades 2’s gameplay options – it’s the top option and is off by default.

What does God Mode do?
While God Mode in some games, as well as what it is generally known for, makes you invincible, in Hades 2 it doesn’t work that way. Activating this will immediately increase your damage resistance by 20% and with each subsequent death it will increase by an additional 2%, so if you are struggling the game will gradually get easier for you.
In the original Hades, turning on God Mode disabled achievements. Being that Hades 2 is in Early Access, achievements haven’t been activated yet, so there are no side effects other than that feeling in the pit of your stomach that you’ve been tricking yourself.
