As TMZ previously reported … Crystal’s attorney accused the podcast host and Marston of suggesting CH kept Hugh “drugged” in order to take advantage of him financially — Warning to all three Please refrain from making any comments in future otherwise legal action will be taken against them.
Yet, as Holly and Bridget said, they never gave any such indication … Holly said they were “extremely careful” not to say anything derogatory.

Holly says Marston suggested medical professionals should have overmedicated Hugh in the end … but he stressed he never linked Crystal to the situation.
Without directly naming Crystal, Holly defended her podcast interview, claiming Crystal was just trying to intimidate her.
She adds … “I won’t back down – there’s a thing I like to call ‘legal bullying,’ when people think they’re richer than everybody else, they pay their lawyers to send orders to keep people quiet.”
Holly says it’s more common than you think … she said normal people are scared to compete head-on with wealthy celebrities.
Although Bridget doesn’t say much in this section, she does give a simple “yes,” supporting Holly’s stance.
