Justin Timberlake Mug Shot Released After DWI Arrest: See Photo

Justin Timberlake has a photo shoot, y’all.

He’s a few decades late, but he can now call himself one of the most recognizable faces of 2000s pop.

The Sag Harbor Police Department released a photo of the singer, revealing it was the Grammy-winning singer. Arrested in New York For driving while intoxicated.

And this photo confirms the claim that he was drunk that night.

Pop star Justin Timberlake spent the night in jail on Long Island after he was arrested by Sag Harbor police around midnight on June 18.

Police said he was pulled over because he ran a stop sign and his 2025 BMW was swerving across the road. Reports from outlets quickly stated that Justin appeared to have ‘blurred’ or ‘red’ eyes, but fans couldn’t determine for themselves until police released a photo of him.

Sag Harbor Police Chief Robert Drake said a statement, “On June 18, 2024 at 12:37 a.m., Justin R. Timberlake, 43, of Tennessee was observed driving a 2025 BMW on Madison Street failing to stop at a duly posted stop sign and failing to maintain his lane of travel. A traffic stop was initiated by a police officer from the Sag Harbor Village Police Department and upon investigation it was determined that Mr. Timberlake was operating his vehicle while intoxicated.”

Timberlake reportedly told officers, “I drank a martini and followed my friends home,” before failing a field sobriety test. He also reportedly refused to take a Breathalyzer test.

Justin was released without bail in the morning. He has not yet commented on the incident.

What’s next for Justin?

Though he is free for now, the situation is still not completely over.

Just is free to continue his tour, which will take him to Chicago and back to New York for the next two weeks before heading overseas.

The courts are aware that he is leaving the country, and have allowed him to appear virtually in court for his hearing on July 26. That same day he is scheduled to begin a two-night stay in Krakow, Poland.
