Perry bared nearly everything in a geometric cut-out dress adorned with peach-colored floral embellishments as she walked the runway at Place Vendome.
Perry’s surprise appearance came during a segment of the Vogue World: Paris event dedicated to the shapes, designs, and silhouettes of the 1980s.
The 39-year-old “Roar” singer She walked with confidence, followed closely by members of Nika Taiko, a Paris-based Japanese drum group who took part in the star-studded show.
Perry – Joe A Mother of 3-year-old daughter Daisywhich she shares with her fiancé Orlando Bloom – performed on the iconic cobbled walkway with black stiletto heels, while a whole contingent of professional judokas and karatekas paid homage to the martial arts by performing around the iconic Vendome Column.
Perry was last seen a month ago. She made her last appearance As a judge American IdolThe pop star ended her seven-year reign on the hit music competition show on Sunday, May 19. And she spoke to ET on the carpet After the season finale – where Abby Carter was declared the winner of season 22,
“I’m a little tired because I’ve been crying all night, but I’m so proud, so happy,” Perry told ET at the time. “It’s a huge deal that Abi won, because it’s been a while, you know, a long time since there’s been a woman winning.”
As for the reaction to her own exit, Perry joked, “Well, everybody’s sad. I don’t think I’m dying! I’m just going to see you on tour.”
The musician left the show to focus on his music, specifically KP6However, he is not against returning to the hit show.
“Keep that seat warm. I mean, who knows,” she teased. “I loved everything I got to experience and learn.”
And though she’s known for speaking her mind, Perry hasn’t said anything about the much-discussed issue. KP6 Or the first single from a potential album.
“You’ll have to see. You’ll have to wait and see!” he quipped.
