When it comes to get killer absOprea said they’re “actually made in the kitchen.”

“We can say all we want, ‘Oh we’ll just do this move. This will give you abs.’ If you really want to get those abs, there’s no question about it, increase your protein. Oprea said everyone has abs, but there’s a layer of fat on top. “To see those beautiful abs, you have to burn off that layer of fat on top,” she explained.

Though she’s met people who say they want to work their abdominal muscles every day, Oprea said that’s “not the way to do things.”

“You can try all day long, but if you have a layer of fat on top of your body, doing abs burns the least calories, it’s not going to burn that many calories,” he said. “But you have to do them. So when you get lean, they’re like, ‘Bam, hi. We’re out of the game.'”

For exercise, Oprea recommends doing different types of ab wheels or planks. target weaponsOprea endorses pull-ups, push-ups, and dips.

He said, “If you do these three things — I mean, lift some weights too, I love some good strength training — but these are my three favorite things to make my arms really strong.”

Oprea, whose first celebrity client was Lee Ann Womack’s daughter said that word of mouth about her training abilities continued to spread, leading to her working with more stars, including Carrie Underwood,

“I think the biggest thing with artists is that you have to teach them how to be able to Maneuvers on stage And keep dancing and don’t get tired,” he said. “So the best part of it is to teach them to run on the treadmill, sing a song… or jump while singing a song. And if you let them do that, they learn how to control their breathing while moving around. So when they’re dancing, it becomes easier.”
