Kristin Cavallari Says She Weighed 102lbs During ‘Unhappy Marriage’

During a fan-asked Q&A Let’s be honest with Kristin Cavallari Podcasts on Tuesdays, Mountain The alumnus was asked about his thin appearance during filming Very Cavalry,

“I was very skinny,” Cavallari admitted. “I’ll put it before you guys. I’m 5’3”. My current weight is 114 pounds. Filming Very CavalryMy weight dropped to 102 and I was eating the same amount of food as I am eating now.”

Laguna Beach The star revealed that the only difference between then and now is her stress levels.

“The difference was that I was very unhappy and very stressed,” she said. “When I look at pictures of me from that time I’m like, ‘Oh my God.’ I was so skinny. I was just bones. I looked like crap. I think I look a lot better now. And guys, it was just stress. It was a very unhappy marriage, honestly. I was really unhappy and I had too much work.”

Cavallari was married to Jay Cutler from 2013 to 2020. The former couple shares three children — Camden, Jaxon, and Sailor.

These days, Cavallari has moved on in the romance department and is currently dating TikTok star Mark Estes A member of the Montana Boys. But she’s also prioritizing her health.

“Now, I’m taking care of myself in a lot of other ways,” she explained on the podcast. “I work out with a trainer one day a week, lifting really heavy weights. And then I usually work out three to four days. [other] So I work out four to five times a week, once with a trainer. I lift weights by myself two to three times… I think consistency is key in the gym.”

ET spoke with Estes He opened up about his romance with Cavallari at the CMT Music Awards in April.

“I’m very happy with it, obviously, you know,” Estes said of the relationship. “We like each other a lot and that’s something we’re going to pursue. She’s a smoke show, too.”
