No, that’s not our opinion about fireworks on the 4th of July weekend.

Instead, this is our way of presenting the fact that Lindsay Hubbard has dropped a major bombshell.

We’ll let the star of Bravo’s hit reality show Summer House go ahead and take it from here, okay?

“Trigger warning: this post has more fireworks than the 4th of July! We’re pregnant!!!!!,” the 37-year-old wrote in an Instagram post on Thursday, July 4.

“I truly believe the universe has a bigger plan and this is it! As soon as I realized this, I took the @clearblue early digital pregnancy test and after receiving the clear results in words, the next steps became much easier.

“My boyfriend and I are so excited to welcome our little #HubbCub this Holiday Season 2024!!”

This is, of course, extremely exciting for Hubbard and all of his fans.

There’s a bit of mystery, though, as Hubbard broke off her engagement with fellow cast member Carl Radke about a year ago.
She hasn’t revealed the identity of her boyfriend since, which is of course her prerogative. It’s just that people are discussing it now.
“We have a very sweet, caring and loving relationship that I really treasure,” Hubbard told Entertainment Tonight in June, adding that she’s in no rush to get married right now, while also admitting that her previous romances didn’t work out.
“I got rid of all timelines, because all my past timelines have come before me.”

Hubbard also opened up about this ongoing relationship during the Summer House Season 8 reunion last month, revealing she was dating “a wonderful guy” and said on air:
“We actually went on a few dates about three and a half years ago.
“It was a really bad time for him and me at the time and then he came back in December and we started dating in January. I would say it’s moving in a very serious direction. He’s been a great support.”
Radke proposed to Hubbard during the show’s seventh season and they were scheduled to marry in November 2023 in Mexico.
However, a few weeks before the wedding date, Radke sent a letter to family and friends, which read in part:
“Words can’t describe how difficult the last two weeks have been for Lindsay and me.
“We deeply apologize to all of our guests for the confusion and lack of communication. We worked to figure out what happened before we could decide on a way forward.”

Hubbard, who previously suffered a miscarriage, has spoken openly about her desire to start a family.
“I’ve been thinking and talking about freezing my eggs for a while now,” she said in a Season 6 episode of Summer House, and she also said at the time:
“I settled in the past and I was forcing something because I was up against my deadlines.
“If I could stop the biological clock and eliminate it as part of the process of choosing a mate, maybe I could find someone who was truly made for me.”
Looks like she did it! We are so happy for Lindsay Hubbard!
