Luke Newton Teases Benedict’s Journey in Bridgerton Season 4 Arc

Luke Newton excited to pass Bridgerton Killed one of his co-stars with a flashlight in Season 4.

Both Newton and Coughlan, 37, have confirmed they will feature next season as well.

He added: “The show is very romantic but we have also explored romantic comedy. Colin is going through a tough time so I’m looking forward to the next season, just be happy and enjoy it.”

Newton, who said that Bridgerton changed [his] life,” gave further hints about Colin’s next story.

“It’s changed my life, I love that I get to wake up every morning and think this is my job and all the work over the last 16 years has paid off,” Newton said. L’Beauty Home Talking about the show he said, “It seems to be working out for me. Also, the stability on the show, knowing that I get to play a different version of this character next season, especially with Colin because he’s growing up. Playing a character who’s growing up, it’s a gift.”

He added, “One of the greatest things is the cast, it feels like there’s something so different about it because we’re all connected and share our experiences. … Every year a different person enjoys the ride as the star of the show and then takes a step back, it’s a weird experience.”

The remaining episodes of Bridgerton Season 3 arrives on Netflix on Thursday, June 13.
