Mary has admitted that she is on a journey.

During an appearance on Rachel Uchitel’s Miss Understood podcast this week, the 53-year-old opened up. About this at one point on this trip The recent death of Garrison Brown,

At another point, Meri spoke about her relationships with Christine Brown and Janelle Brown, who have both also left Kody; as well as Robyn Brown, who is also married to Kody.

“When I meet them we have cordial conversations, but I don’t try to build a relationship with them,” Mary said of her relationship with these women. “I think I’ve had plenty of time to do that.”

Meri didn’t say anything negative about her former sister wives in this interview.

But she wasn’t too excited about them either.

“I have a lot of things that I’m working on myself and I think it’s really important to be surrounded by people who really encourage that,” she told the podcast host, implying that the aforementioned trio doesn’t aid in any kind of self-development.

Mary said on this subject:

“Sometimes people are only in your life for a little while and it’s okay to let them go. If the relationship isn’t mutual and it’s not moving me or them forward, it’s okay to not force it.”

Mary recently launched a new one A company called Worth UpThis is the motto she has been trying to convey to social media users for several months now.

Perhaps because she was in a long-term relationship that negatively affected her self-esteem, Brown is focusing on feeling better about herself these days.

And try to help others do the same.

“It took me a minute to realize that it was OK,” she said on the podcast, talking about the distance that exists between her and these former sister wives:

“I think for many years I was like, ‘Wait a minute, we’re a family, we should stick together.'”

In late 2023, Robin expressed a similar sentiment.

She is devastated by the deaths of several members of her family, it’s being compared to death,

Meri told Uchitel that she felt the reaction and these feelings were “genuine” when asked about Robyn, though she stressed that she would be “shocked” if Kody and Robyn talked about their marriages with another spouse.

“I highly doubt they will do that,” she says of the possibility now. “I’ve heard him say that. I highly doubt it will ever happen. I think they’re both very happy together.”

Merri lost Garrison, her mother, and three siblings.

So he concluded this interview by giving his opinion on the subject of grief.

“Acknowledge the pain, cry when you need to, spend some time alone, and when you feel okay, get up and go for a walk or visit a friend or do whatever you need to do,” he said.

“But when you need to take time for yourself, take time for yourself.”
