Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister of Odisha mohan charan majhi asked on sunday District Administration For providing immediate medical aid to Babuli Barik of Bhadrak minor boy suffering from a disease rare diseaseAccording to an official statement, Majhi also asked the officials concerned to provide Rs 30,000 to his family members from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.
It said Babuli, 14, is suffering from a rare disease called Traumatic Neuro Motor Disorder and his parents are unable to afford his proper treatment.
The statement said that as per Majhi’s directions, a team of doctors went to Babuli’s village in Madhapur for examination, following which he was referred to SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack for further treatment.
The district administration has also been asked to remain in touch with the family.
