Carol Connors – The legendary songstress – is telling all about her rise to fame … detailing it all in a new book and accompanying documentary.
Connors — who has worked with some of Hollywood’s brightest stars — recently released his new book, “Elvis, ‘Rocky’ & Me” … and, TMZ can reveal, a documentary about him under the same title is also on the way.
CC – who rose to the heights of fame with her hit track “To Know Him Is To Love Him” written by the infamous music producer. Phil Spector – Will emphasize the revelations made in her book and tell her full story on camera.
Connors will talk about living together Elvis Presley They wanted to meet him after the success of ‘To Know Him’, but they hadn’t spoken to him in over a year… And, she’ll also reveal how she wrote “You Loved My Night Away” the night he died.
Carole also has stories to tell about Spector … including one tense conversation in which she claims Phil slammed her against the wall and threatened to kill her if she ruined his song.
But, no introduction to Connors would be complete without mentioning how he wrote the lyrics for “Gonna Fly Now” – the theme from the ‘Rocky’ series that has lived on for generations.
