conform to a Big tease from creator Todd Howard Regarding the patch, one of the most important and much-awaited upgrades to the game’s maps has arrived. The patch notes claim, “Community feedback is a huge source of inspiration for the team at Bethesda Game Studios, and one of the most requested features is providing more detailed surface maps and the latest updates.”

The video also showcases new, detailed map screens as well as icons that will help the player orient themselves and navigate around the game’s vast cities and urban environments. “You’ll always know where to go and you’ll no longer get ‘lost’ on the way to your parents’ house (and they weren’t going to accept this excuse anyway, you should actually go visit them),” took a dig at the announcement,

Gameplay Customization

The update also adds a ton of new gameplay options, allowing players to customize several areas of the game. From minor changes like increased vendor credits, which will remove minor glitches if desired, to major changes like harder or easier combat, survival options, and extreme difficulty settings, these new options are a great way to fine-tune the game for players. Sounds like a great way. What do they want to play?

Decorate the interior of your ship

Have you ever wanted to make your ship a little less a normal space ship, a little more your homegrown space ship? Now you can decorate the interior the same way you decorate the stool. You can even start from a completely blank slate with completely blank Hab modules so you can decorate exactly how you like.

Honor Traits in New Game Plus

After logging into Unity, you now have the option to respect your character’s appearance, which is nice, but also your qualities. These can have an impact on gameplay so are a great addition to experiment with when going through the New Game Plus levels.

Copious quality of life improvements and bug fixes

As well as vastly improved maps, this patch also has a number of other QoL improvements that players will be pleased with. Players can now toggle the dialogue camera, meaning they can remain in their preferred camera perspective while communicating. New tabs have also been added to the Containers and Bartering menus, which will make inventory sorting simpler and easier.

The full list of bug fixes is on the Bethesda announcement of the patch – there are too many to list them all here.

xbox series x display settings

Xbox gamers are given more control over their graphics settings, including frame rate targets (choose between 30, 40, and 60 frames per second), and preference between graphics and performance modes. Great news for console fans.

Bethesda is moving quickly with patches and improvements to the epic space game, turning it into the game they wanted it to be slowly but surely. This update, like the previous ones, will definitely lure players back to the vast galaxy created through Unity and by the open world experts at Bethesda.
