Special Adviser on International Disability Rights (SAIDR) Sarah Minkara will travel to Istanbul and Ankara, Turkey, from June 30 to July 3, to advance the inclusion of persons with disabilities across a number of policy areas. During her visit, SAIDR Minkara will promote the inclusion of persons with disabilities in crisis response and recovery, NATO, and the media. SAIDR Minkara’s visit reinforces the United States’ role as a strategic partner to promote greater economic and social participation for persons with disabilities around the world.
