Ukraine has unveiled Victoria Xi, an AI-generated spokesperson to deliver official statements from its Foreign Ministry Guardian, marks a significant technological leap forward in diplomatic communications. The digital spokesperson was introduced in a social media presentation, where she was seen wearing a dark suit, speaking and gesturing like a human.
