On May 8-9, the United States will host Liu Zhenmin, the Special Envoy of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) for Climate Change, in Washington, DC, for a meeting of the Bilateral Working Group on Scaling Up Climate Action in 2020 , which aims to accelerate concrete action.
