Whitney Way Thore is ready to move on from her mysterious French boyfriend.

“I’ll always be a public person,” she said. “The Internet will never go away. TV will never go away. So there’s no way to erase that. If it did, I would love to go to a lot of places, but my dad is almost 80 right now. I would never leave Greensboro without my dad. So I don’t know what the future holds, but I’ll definitely be alone in Greensboro in the near future.”

“In terms of dating, it’s like a cliff you can fall off at 40 and be single,” she explained. “Obviously, there are very real biological implications with fertility and things like that. So, being single in your 40s has actually been a lot more difficult than I would have anticipated.”

“I have to accept it because I never got the chance. And that’s really hard,” he said.
