The Bleed build is a fan favorite in Elden Ring, allowing you to dish out some serious damage if you get enough hits.
With Shadows of the Aardtree, there are several new bleed-based weapons that some say are better than those in the original game.
One in particular that’s garnering attention is the Bloodfiend’s Arm, as it’s blood loss stat rises to over 200 once it’s transformed.
Below, we’ll teach you how to get the Bloodfiend’s Arm in Shadows of the Aardtree so you too can use this stat to your advantage.
Where to find the Bloodfiend’s Arm in Shadows of Aardtree?
Unlike the other top weapons in the Elden Ring DLC, you don’t actually get the Bloodfiend’s Arm from a boss. Instead, it can be secured from a basic enemy, albeit a very specific one.
As you might have guessed, it’s the Bloodthirsty enemy you’ll be killing, but there are multiple variations of them, so you’ll want to focus on the one that’s using the Arm as a weapon.
The location to find one of these is close to Grace’s Gravesite Plains Site which is very early on in the DLC.
Once you’re here, if you head southwest, you’ll find a few of these Bloodfiends. However, these aren’t the mobs you’re looking for, and instead, you’ll need to head a bit east into Prospect Town.
Head to the built-up area and keep walking until you see a group of these enemies sitting around and a wizard casting a spell. The enemy closest to this wizard is the Bloodfiend you’ve been chasing.
Simply clear the area, killing this specific mob in the process, and you’ll have the Bloodfiend’s Arm.
You can now level this up by going to Roundtable Hold and you’ll have a very powerful bleed weapon in your hands!
