Court documents state that both parties have entered into a written agreement that resolves all disputed issues arising out of the divorce. They also agreed to avoid a final hearing and requested that the court issue a decree of divorce in this manner.

“On the first date, he talked to me about the possibility of moving to the Charleston area. I said, ‘Well, wow.’ I have a son who lives in South Carolina. I said, ‘That would work,'” Theresa told ET. “The conversation didn’t come back to that until the Fantasy Suite and we realized South Carolina was where we were going.”
